We introduce ourselves

Our focus is on IT / software, project and program management as well as process analysis and process optimization. This also includes quality, risk management and change management. In addition, Rimpl Consulting has been known in the automotive industry for years for safety management as well as AUTOSAR consulting and training. We also develop software or support third-party development, advise on system architectures, define requirements and support their implementation.

Strategy and planning

As a consulting company, we seek proximity to our customers. Usually, our consultants work at our customers' sites. The company organization also follows this claim, in that the company is represented in geographically distributed offices. Currently you can find them in Cologne, Siegburg and Munich; more are being planned.

Our corporate culture is based on values that promote communication and dialogue, transparency and partnership, as well as performance and trust. As a service provider, we are very customer-oriented, but the focus at Rimpl Consulting is on the team.

Our management

Hubert Rimpl (right in the picture) leads the company as managing director and founder of Rimpl Consulting GmbH. Before founding Rimpl Consulting, the graduate engineer was a member of the Management Board of TECON Technologies AG. His professional career path began in the eighties and led through several positions in the consulting business at SESA, where he most recently assumed international responsibility as business unit manager. Holger Lüchow (left in the picture) has a doctorate in natural science and has been with the company since 2009. Since the beginning of 2015 he has strengthened the management of Rimpl Consulting GmbH. In his previous professional positions he inter alia was a member of the board of TECON Systems AG and for 7P Solutions AG.
